Youth Development Worker

Level 3 safe guarding, awareness of health and safety, currently studying sports business and management, Currently working towards a CMI, Diploma* Diploma* in sports coaching and development.

I am currently studying sports business and management course for the university of south Wales, before this I have completed a 2-year course on sports development and management where I achieved 2 diplomas**, Before joining Spiral, I gained valuable experience working with young people in various settings. These experiences strengthened my ability to support personal development, build trust, and create safe environments where individuals feel encouraged to grow. I have always had a strong desire to inspire others, help them learn new skills, and guide them as they overcome their fears and challenges. My motivation for working with young people is also shaped by my own childhood. Having experienced isolation and bullying, I understand first-hand the importance of having supportive, positive role models. Outside of my professional and academic life, I enjoy staying active and embracing the things that bring me joy. I love playing football, listening to music, and swimming.
