I worked in the education sector for many years, also holding roles as a School Governor and School Business Manager. Coming from a childhood affected by bullying, being able to support Spiral in its work with young people has been something I've wanted to do for many years, and now running my own business has given me the flexibility and time to help others develop the skills and mindset to move beyond what can often be a burden that continues into later life.
